张家港市锦丰中心小学 2008～2009学年度第一学期教导处工作计划 指导思想 认真学习贯彻张家港市教育局及学校工作指导意见，以“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观为指导，以“办人民满意的教学”为宗旨，以深入推进课程改革、努力构建生态课堂、全面提高教育教学质量为重点，加强课程建设，提高教研质量，深化教学研究，改善评价体系，强化教学管理，促进教师发展，抓住机遇，开拓创新，高质量完成各项工作，努力提高我校的教育教学质量。 工作目标 1.促进教师专业化成长。 2.创建苏州市教育信息化学校。 3.学校教学质量稳步提高。 主要工作 一、依托网络平台，优化教学管理。 为了让学校的教学管理适应改革发展，能够科学地、和谐地提高教育教学质量，本学期我们对如何依托网络平台，优化教学管理方面进行了认真地研究，在“网络沙龙”、“网络备课”和“网络议课”等方面进行探索与实践。 （一）开展“网络沙龙”，营造研讨氛围。 围绕“打造生态课堂，构建和谐教育”这一主题活动，我们在学校网站上开设了专题栏目，设有“理论学习”和“实践心得”子栏目。我们制定了“创建生态课堂”专题研讨活动方案，要求各备课组、教研组，全体教师充分专题研讨活动的机会，认真学习新课程理论，特别是以学生为主体的生态体验式的先进理念和先进经验。为保证“网络沙龙”活动的有效性, 避免“蜻蜓点水式”的交流和研讨,由教科室牵头，每月初围绕构建生态课堂确定一个研讨主题，学校所有的老师都可以在一个月内围绕这个主题展开讨论，同时，对于同事的发言，有不同意见的也可以进行反驳，辩论。在每次沙龙活动中都有专人对教师的发言（帖子）的质量进行评估,质量较高的加为精华帖，每月进行统计，与教学工作月考核挂钩。对于在沙龙中凸显出的教师关注的热点问题，相关部门再结合教师业务学习进行进一步阐述。 （二）实行“网络备课”，提高备课实效。 备课，作为教学中的最重要的环节之一，需要集体的智慧凝聚力。因此，集体备课是教师备课过程中的一种补充模式。但在实际操作中，由于教师们上课时间，备课时间的不同，即使在教同一年级、同一科目的教师也无法保证拥有许多共同的时间用来集体备课。因此，就出现了“名为集体备课，实为分工备课”的现象。 经过反复研究和学习，我们确定了“集体研讨——形成样案——教前修改——教后反思”的网络集体备课模式，在四年级数学和五年级语文两个备课组中进行了试点。 1．集体研讨。 每次活动确定一位主讲人，主讲人在认真学习《课程标准》和认真研读教材的基础上，结合全程教学计划,着重在研讨前落实基点、突出重点、突破难点、激发疑点。其它成员准备腹稿。针对教学内容的重点和难点，作深入的分析和思考，针对重点教学环节作初步教学设计。在研讨活动中由主讲人主持，分析教材，针对教学重、难点和重点环节等向组内成员阐述自己的观点和设想。其他成员针对主讲人的观点和设想，结合自己的思考，人人发表自己的意见。要求通过研讨，促使每个成员更深入地理解教材，掌握教学中的要点。需要指出的是，上述研讨活动既可以集中进行，也可以在网络论坛里完成整个过程。 2．形成样案。主备人根据备课组成员研讨的结果，形成一份教案，提前三天上传至学校备课系统。教案要求在共性的部分详细明确，在体现个性的地方留给组内成员展现个性的空间。 3．教前修改。备课组成员根据样案，结合自己班级实际和教学实际，进行适当修改，把修改结果在课前及时以跟帖的形式上传至备课系统。重点针对某一教学环节进行个性化修改。 4．教后反思。课后将课堂教学中的成功与失败，精彩的、引人深思的教学片断，如实记录、整理，及时以跟帖的形式上传至学校备课系统。在学习组内成员教学心得的同时，组内成员还可就某些问题和环节展开网上交流。 在网络备课的实施中，为避免老师走入一些误区。一要避免强调 “共性”，忽视“个性” 。网络备课所形成的教案，每位教师应依据本班学生实际情况进行再创造，以适应本班学生，从而更好地体现教师的教学个性。二要避免注重“课前”，忽视“反思”。网络备课形成预案，在教师实施过程可能会出现各种问题。课后，教师要认真进行反思，汲取教训，捕捉课堂教学中的感悟点，将教学感受记录下来，既可以及时纠正错误、传播经验，也可以为今后备课或研究提供素材，从而不断提高自己的备课与研究能力。 为保证网络化集体备课的有效实施，校领导随时进入教师的课堂听课，了解备课情况与教学方案施教的效果，进行过程监控，随时进行反馈和调整。在教学常规检查时要凸显网络备课特点。对于采用网络化集体备课的成员，要突出检查上传的时效和思考的质量，以网络随机检查为主，对及时上传教案的人员和对集体备课教案个性修改及教学反思质量较高的老师在学期业务考核中酌情加分。 （三）推进“网络议课”，建立“对话”机制。 以备课组和教研组为单位组织的课堂教学研讨活动是学校校本研讨活动的主要形式，也成为促进教师专业成长的有效途径。以往的研讨活动采用“集中听课——集中评议”的模式，而这种集中式的教研活动很容易出现“一言堂”的现象，教师们往往习惯于听领导或校内发言，而不会轻易发表自己的看法。一是教师担心自己的水平不够，说得不深入；二是作为领导或往往觉得自己有义务在研讨会上多发表些意见；三是由于时间仓促教师还未能深入思考或者事先对教研内容相关背景了解较少等。如此，讨论往往局限于一小部分教师。久而久之，就出现了教研活动“研而不讨”的现象。强调全体教师的“人人参与”采用“异步交流”的方式在时间上充裕、空间上分离对于任何一个人的发言，大家都要认真阅读，并用新课程的理念去剖析，大胆地发表自己的观点。为了鼓励教师积极参与研讨，我们了“”的激励形式，由这样，教师们都有备而来，发言踊跃，不管是经验丰富的老教师还是刚刚步入教坛的新教师，都自觉地把个体纳入到群体中去）。努力争取机会外出听课学习，组织了教师来我校带来了新的思想，新的理念，他们精湛的教学艺术、高超的教学水平给留下了深刻的影响，广大教师受到了一次教学理论与教学实践相结合业务培训，教师的业务水平得到了提高。为了促进教师的专业成长，我们组织了教师 下旬 8．“七认真”检查。 9. 英语教师参加市教研活动。 10．科学教师参加市基本功竞赛。 11．参加市综合实践课题组活动。 十一月份 上旬： 1．对村小教育工作视导。 2．教师教学常规专项调研。 3．各学科深入开展“一课三议”、“三课一评”活动。 4．召开辅导区课堂教学观摩活动。 5．组织学生参加市小学生硬笔书法竞赛。 6. 组织部分教师参加市“名师引路”系列活动。 7. 组织学生参加市中小学生篮球比赛。 8. 参加苏州市劳技教学展示活动。 中旬 9．数学教师参加市“十佳案例”评比活动。 10．科学教师参加市基本功竞赛。 11．教学“七认真”检查。 12．举办科技节。 下旬 13. 组织部分英语教师参加市教研活动。 14．参加市中小学生乒乓球比赛。 15．音乐教师参加市教师基本功（键盘）比赛。 16．举行五年级家长学员培训暨家长开放日活动。 17．参加市小学科学专题研讨。 18. 参加市品德课程、信息技术中心组活动。 十二月份 上旬 教师教学常规专项调研。 各学科深入开展“一课三议”、“三课一评”活动。 中旬 3．参加市小学课堂教学展示。 4．参加市二年级学生铅笔字比赛。 5. 参加校、市“阅读之星”、“书香班级”评选。 6. 参加市小学数学中心组活动。 7. 参加市综合实践活动课程课题组活动。 下旬 8．举办全镇小学生冬季三项赛。 9．参加市中小学生冬季三项比赛。 10．参加苏州市品德学科教学研讨活动。 11.“七认真”检查。 一月份 1．教师命题研究研讨活动。 2.迎接市小学教学质量调测。 3.参加市小学生键盘信息技术应用技能竞赛。 4.认真组织期末考试。进行命题、考核、阅卷、质量分析、学科小结。 5.做好期末总结工作。 6．部署寒假活动。 obstacles, correcting misunderstandings, advocate good cadre style. 2, adhere to the scientific decision-making and democratic decision-making decision-making law.
