Sci-tech Enterprise Incubator is founded in 2017 and located in Shandong Rongcheng Economic Development Zone. With 17 floors and 17,000 square meters, the incubation building can accommodate 80-100 enterprises at the same time.The 1-4 floors of the building belong to the public service area, and the layout of the first floor is: coffee bar, road show hall, technology self-service platform;Layout on the second floor: exhibition hall, mainly showing the orientation of Rongcheng industry, incubation policy, scientific and technological achievements, etc.Three-layer layout: comprehensive service center, intermediary service center, muti-functional conference room, etc., which can provide services such as finance, law, investment and financing, project declaration, etc.Four-level layout: entrepreneurship nursery, university students entrepreneurship center, high-level talent entrepreneurship center, etc.Floors 5-16 belong to the incubation area. Focusing on the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and the cultivation of emerging industries, the incubation modules of intelligent equipment, biological medicine, culture education and eco-tourism are arranged in different floors.The 17th floor is the extension area for indoor activities.
